Me

I am one of the almost 1200 danes that answers to the name Finn Nielsen.

I went to Herning Gymnasium in 1992-1995 as a mathematical student and after that I went to Copenhagen to study Computer Science at Copenhagen University.

Today I live in Copenhagen in the Ørestad area together with my wife Ying Mu and my son Daniel.

Family

I got married to my chinese wife Ying Mu at Copenhagen City Hall on the 23rd May 2009. Ying is from Shenyang in northen China - We’ve been there a couple of times to visit the family. She originally came to Denmark as an exchange student. We were introduced through mutual friends Ole Jørgensen and his wife Xiaxia.

In 2016 we had a son named Daniel.

Other than that my nearest family is my sister Heidi, her husband Slava and their son Luka.

Lost family

My mother - Joan - died October 2021 at the age of 67 after several years of illness, and my other sister - Rikke - has chosen to cut all ties to the rest of the family as we would not support her delusions and false accusations against our mother that she started making after our mother’s death.
